Safe Places Party - December 13, 2010
On Monday, December 13, 2010, Just Clowning Around of Northern Virgini (JCA) hosted a holiday party for the families of Safe Places. Safe Places is a local charity that provides housing and other support to domestic violence survivors and their children.
